Guine and Lisa Anderson

Guine Anderson

Guine Anderson was born in India in a Christian Family.  At the age of 15 he  gave his life to Jesus and he was transformed by the power of God.  At the age of 17, God called him to serve Him in full time ministry.  He was trained in a Baptist Bible college and during this time he began to work among the Headhunters in the North East part of India.  During this time revival broke out in those mountain regions and hundreds of thousands of people gave their hearts to Jesus.  Seeing many of the signs, wonders and miracles as in the book of Acts, Guine was determined to bring the gospel to the unreached people of India and the Indian subcontinent. 

In 1982 he became a missionary and went to Nepal to preach the gospel.  During those years it was against the law to preach the gospel in the Hindu kingdom of Nepal.  However, Guine together with his brothers and friends was able to start a training center and began to train local believers to carry out the work of evangelism in the nation.  

Together with over 400 full time missionaries, co-workers and associates, he leads Harvest NOW, that is working all over Asia and other parts of the world.  Guine Anderson is the Founder and President of “Harvest Now.”

Lisa Anderson

Lisa Anderson’s missionary journey began at the age of 2 when she and her family traveled on a ship for 10 days from New York to Italy. As a family they ministered the gospel together. They started a church; had street evangelism; tent crusades; camps for children and music ministry.

When Lisa was 21 she returned to the States to study at Christ for the Nations in New York.  After graduation, she knew the Lord had called her to preach the gospel in Asia.  She began serving the Lord in Hong Kong among the Vietnamese Refugees; taking Bibles to China and doing evangelism on the streets of Hong Kong.

During this period Lisa and Guine met each other, as they were both involved in the ministry.  The Lord joined their hearts together and they were later married in 1991.  As a couple they began traveling and ministering together in India, Nepal, Thailand, China and the USA..

Guine and Lisa have 3 children (Isabella, Daniela and Joshua), they are based in Houston, TX.  Lisa  is involved in full time ministry. Over the years she has traveled through out Asia and around the world to preach the gospel.  Lisa has trained hundreds of women; worship leaders and led many teams on short-term missions in Asia.
